Savannah's first trip to Virginia

Savannah spent her first whole week at her Dad's in Virginia. It started with a 3 hour drive to Atlanta to meet her Dad at the airport! Luckily we made it with ZERO time to spare! I despise Atlanta traffic! I dropped Savannah off and away she went on an airplane! Not a bad way to travel!

During the week I heard fun stories of having tons of pizza, kite flying, Chuckie Cheese, build a bear and a work day with her dad! Fun stuff!

A Barbie kite! How cool!

Chuckie Cheeses!

Build a Bear! Two of her favorite things: rainbows and ballet dresses!

I'm guessing she is washing her bear:)

SWIMMING!!

A day at the Marines!

Savannah had a great time at her Dads and looks forward to going again! Until then they skype and chat on the phone!

April events

We spends some time in Florida and a lovely woman, Cindy, was kind enough to let us tour her goat farm. It was so much fun.

Chicken are fun!

Her first goat feeding!

Savannah was able to find eggs in the chicken coup!

Cindy's son, Garret, helping Savannah with petting a chicken!

Taking the goats for a walk! I also have to say this two dogs in the picture below are the most lovable and loyal dogs! One of the dogs came right in between Savannah and a goat....the goat was nudging her! Smart doggies!

Goats eat leaves..who knew?!?

Thank you Miss Cindy!

Happy 4th birthday Savannah

I know I am behind on this blog and all I can say is where did the time go?!?

Life is going full force! Savannah is 4!! I just cannot believe it. She has turned into a charming, beautiful, polite and spirited young girl. She had a glorious birthday party in Florida and made a new friend Fiona.

First time she received money in a BDay card...$20 bucks! I think she was excited!

Happy birthday kiddo!

March Happenings

March has been full of events and special moments with friends and family. Savannah and I headed to Florida for my Step-Sister, Chelsea's wedding in February and stayed in Florida well into March!

After Chelsea's gorgeous wedding, savannah and I hopped a plane to California! We went to visit my BFF and to attend Savannah's fav little man, Owen's 4th Birthday! We went to the bounce house, had tons of birthday cake and enjoyed good friends. Even had a night out without kids! What a treat!

The Love of Owen's life! He was so happy to see Savannah!

One night Owen said he had to protect Savannah so he insisted on sleeping on the floor!

Two peas in a pod!

This is the cutest picture. Savannah, Owen and Jack.

My BFF Nicole

Savannah and I left California on a gorgeous sunny day and landed back in Florida exhausted!

We spent the rest of our time with family and friends and enjoyed Florida's warmer temps. And although an itouch, diaper bag, kiddie camera and a suitcase full of clothes was lost forever..it was a great trip!

Would not be a trip to Florida without feeding the cows at Papa and Nana's house!

A fun day with Shamu!

Dippin Dots!!!!!

As I end this long blog of pictures, I am thinking about April 11th approaching and my little lady will be 4! Time has really flown by and so much has changed, but I thank God for giving us so many wonderful friends and and amazing family!

Chelsea's Wedding

Savannah and I headed out on a 9 hour treck to Florida that turned into 12! Anyone with kids knows this is how it goes! But it was well worth the time and effort to be there for my step sisters (sister) wedding! Sean and Chelsea make a beautiful married couple and we wish them all the blessings a marriage can bring!

A prayer before the ceremony

Let's party!!!!

Savannah was a dancing fool and did not get off the dance floor til the DJ shut down!

Momma had a bit of fun:)

Savannah was a flower girl and did an awesome job! She was a little upset when she ran out of petals!

As I write this we are on our way to California for a much needed visit with my BFF Nicole and Savannah's BFF Owen! Pics to come! It's been a long day of planes and tantrums!

February Events

The month of February had been hectic and full of fun! Savannah is growing by leaps and bounds. We are currently reading stage 1 books and it's amazing what she picks up.

We have also discovered Savannah's weakness for "money"! Quarters to be exact. So the potty training is becoming a bit easier with using quarters as a reward...so basically by the time we are done her college tuition should be paid for! Really she could not have chosen pennies!

Making valentines day cake

Who needs one pillow pet...

WOW...ice cream!

Next up will be out trip to Florida for my Sisters wedding and Savannah will be the most beautiful flower girl!
